Culinary Protein Carnevale® DFK is a 100% plant-based dry premix made from peas, designed to meet the needs of the food service industry and industrial clients seeking to produce plant-based proteins for various applications. This version has a sausage flavor, mildly spiced.
The Carnevale® DFK (Dry Fresh Kit) technology makes protein transport, storage, and preparation more efficient and practical. The premix is prepared using cold water to activate the binders, along with oil or vegetable fat, and can be customized with seasonings, herbs, and spices. The protein dough is ready to use in less than 1 hour.
As a plant-based product, it contains no cholesterol, genetically modified organisms (GMO), or preservatives.
Ingredients: Pea protein, vegetable fibers, dehydrated beet powder, methylcellulose (INS 461), natural flavors. CONTAINS GLUTEN. ALLERGENS: contains wheat derivatives. May contain wheat, oats, barley, rye, and soy derivatives.

Application Suggestions
With Culinary Protein Carnevale® DFK Sausage Flavor, it is ideal for preparing barbecue, grilled dishes, hamburger patties, sausage for feijoada, baião de dois, and caldo verde. The list of possibilities is extensive! The seasoning is mildly spiced and delicious. For rolling into sausage shapes, we recommend using an appropriate machine or crafting them manually with plastic wrap.
